What happens in a session

You describe the situation, we ask the questions that actually determine your options, and we lay out the realistic paths with what each one costs. If one of the flat fee packages on this site fits, we tell you which one. If the matter needs full representation, we say that too, along with what that would involve.

Bring any court documents you already have, the dates that matter, and the two or three questions you most want answered. If you retain the firm afterward, the session fee is waived.
